*All vendor fees are non-refundable. No Rain Date. Event is Rain or Shine. Vendor set-up will be outside in The Hamilton Courtyard, tents are allowed. If their is rain all vendors will set-up will be inside lounge areas.

* Load In details will be emailed 1 week prior to event. Please add thezenofphilly@gmail.com to your contacts to ensure no emails are missed. 

* After your vendor fee is paid please complete this form to be able to gain access to apartment building.
