Product Placement Details 

Location: City Hall Area (view map) The Zen of Philly booth number will be provided on October 30th

Event Duration: November 18th-19th, 2023 Opening/Preview Weekend, November 23rd-December 24th, 2023

Hours of Operation: Sundays-Thursdays 12pm-8pm & Fridays-Saturday 11am-9pm

Customer will pay you directly via QR Code. No Cash will be accepted. After purchasing your product placement slot complete this form. Your product will have its own area in the booth (i.e.. shelve or on table tops). Placement will be determined based on sizing of products & esthetic of booth design. Placement will be confirmed by vendor to ensure proper representation of brand. 

Booth Details: View photos of raw booth in photo gallery Booth is equipped with electricity and heat. Booth's Christmas decorations will be done by The Zen of Philly staff. Booth will be managed by The Zen of Philly staff. 

Product Placement Duration:

  • Weekly: (Mondays-Sundays) Inventory Drop offs are Saturdays 10am-11am or 8pm-8:30pm  Inventory must be dropped off at booth. Inventory Pick ups are Sundays 8pm-8:30pm or Mondays 10am-11am.
    • Week #1: Nov 18-19 & Nov 23rd-26th
    • Week #2: Nov 27th-Dec 3rd
    • Week #3: Dec 4th-Dec 10th
    • Week #4: Dec 11th-Dec17th
    • Week #5: Dec 18th-Dec 24th
  • Weekends: (Saturday-Sundays) Inventory Drop offs are Fridays 10am-11am or 8pm-8:30pm  Inventory must be dropped off at booth. Vendor must pick up remaining inventory on Sundays 8pm-8:30pm
    • Weekend #1: Nov 25th-Nov 26th
    • Weekend #2: Dec 2nd-Dec 3rd
    • Weekend #3: Dec 9th-Dec 10th
    • Weekend #4: Dec 16th-Dec17th
  • Entire Duration: November 18th-19th, November 23rd-December 24th. Initial inventory must be delivered/dropped off by Nov 15th. Inventory Maintenance Hours are daily from 10am-11am & 8pm-8:30pm. All inventory must be picked up by December 24th at 5pm from booth.

Vendors are responsible for restocking products and keeping track of inventory.
