* After your vendor fee is paid please complete this form to be able to gain access to apartment building. 

*All vendor fees are non-refundable. No Rain Date. Event is Rain or Shine. Vendor set-up will be in Anova Ucity's lobby during their weekly free happy hour for the residents.
