Is parking available for the vendors?

Vendors will have the option to park in The Hamilton's loading dock for unloading and during the event.

Where will vendors be setup?

The Hamilton has an amazing courtyard for beautiful weather days. If rain is on the forecast vendors will be setup in there spacious lounge areas.

Refund Policy

All events are rain or shine.

There will be no refunds on vendor fees. Transfering credit to another event is possible if your category is avaiable. If you need to cancel please contact thezenofphilly@gmail.com to discuss options.
